You will then be asked to enter in your shipping details and to follow the steps towards paying and receiving your exciting new hide!
You can pay for your order with any Mastercard / Visa credit card.
Your sales receipt will be sent to your email address – the email address you entered when purchasing.
Please make sure you input the correct email address.
We understand how difficult it is to make a purchase online without viewing the hide in person, but we can guarantee only the absolute highest quality in our hides!
Our cowhides go through a careful process to ensure they are top AA+ Grade Quality.
Each hide is carefully hand picked specifically for their quality and individuality. Please bare in mind that as they are natural products, some natural markings and branding may be visible.
Our cowhides are durable, beautiful and the easiest home decor product you will ever have to clean. They are just the easiest products to have as carpets!

NO WORRIES
Grab some mild soapy water and wipe as soon as possible.
Do not use any detergents or a lot of moisture as this will ruin your hide.
Once a month it is recommended to shake out your hide to rid it of any dirt sitting on top. You can also vacuum the hide in the direction of the hair.
There is no need to steam clean (and is also NOT recommended) as hides do not trap dirt in as carpets do.

However, shipping fees will need to be covered by you.
We cannot give cash refunds, but you will receive credit to purchase another hide of the same value/swop out your hide, given that the returned hide is in the exact same condition as we shipped it.
